This class is for you! In this workshop students will learn to make beautiful one-of-a-kind hats, using the needle-felting technique – the oldest textile technique known to man. Needle felting is a process of sculpting with very special needles and roving (100% wool, cleaned and carded) to get the various shapes. This allows one to create very controlled designs and three-dimensional shapes. Natalia Cole (Eureka Springs, Arkansas) is a Russian-born artist who now resides in Eureka Springs. She creates beautiful art in both two and three dimensions. |
