Classes - WoodFall Session/October 8-10Knife Making & WhittlingDoug Stowe All Levels Studio 3 day class (9am-4pm) Tuition: $165 Materials: $15 Students will make spoon carving and sloyd knives. Then they will explore the “fun”damentals of whittling-learning to make spoons and other objects of interest from wood. Doug Stowe is the author of six woodworking books and has been a professional woodworker in Eureka Springs since 1976. He is one of the founders of the Eureka Springs School of the Arts and in 2009 was named “Arkansas Living Treasure” by the Arkansas Arts Council. |
