Classes - Youth Art Week

Session Six/July 5 - July 9

Creative Exploration with Clay

Sally Gorrell assisted by Donna Doss

All Levels

Studio

5 Day class (10am-3pm)

Tuition: $125

Materials: $15

First students will get to know clay by making a hand-built functional object. The next phase of the class will involve some choices: a wheel will be available for those longing to turn clay; or one may begin the process of looking for objects and making objects for a wind chime, or a mobile of your design; or you may continue building functional objects.

Sally Gorrell (Eureka Springs, Arkansas) apprenticed eleven years with Master Potter, Gary Eagan in Eureka Springs. Since that time she's used clay to find joy with friends of all ages. Donna Doss works with her at Queen Snake Studio.
