5 Day Class (9am-4pm)
Tuition: $265 (includes lab fee)
Materials/Model Fee: $40

This is an exciting approach to drawing guaranteed to improve your skills. Mary will instruct participants in a new way to see and approach their art. “Drawing is an act of uncanny coordination between the hand, eye and mind; each subject to training and habits, both good and bad. When one learns to see things in terms of interlocking shapes, one can draw anything.” Students will work in charcoal, pastels, oil paint, and learn gold leaf embellishment. This is a popular class and fills quickly

Mary has a BFA from Memphis College of Art. She completed a Masters class with Philip Pearlstein. A nationally collected artist, Mary, is a painter and sculptor with years of teaching experience.
